PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
JICHUANSAFE 2000 FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUID is a water/glycol base hydraulic fluid, which contains no nitrites and therefore should contain no nitrosamines. The water contained in this fluid makes it less susceptible to spray or mist ignition associated with industrial hydraulics. JICHUANSafe 2000 is compatible with most of the elastomeric sealing and packing material, such as natural rubber, SBR, Viton, Butyl, nitrite, EPR, and neoprene. Materials that are incompatible, such as leather, cork, untreated cotton or cellulose, should be replaced.
JICHUANSAFE 2000 FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUID is designed to meet the demands of today’s modern high pressure hydraulic systems. The proprietary inhibitors in this product protect the entire hydraulic system against wear and corrosion damage. JICHUANSAFE 2000 excels in die casting and foundry applications.-

TYPICAL USES:
Industrial applications, casting, forging, steel mills, underground mining and off-shore oil drilling.
Hydraulic systems under pressure or near open flames or in high temperature areas.
Compatible with all water-glycol hydraulic fluids in any proportion.

FEATURES:
No flash or fire point. Maximum safety. JICHUANSafe 2000 has a flash of 250°F. only after the water is boiled away.
Outstanding corrosion protection to common metals in both liquid and vapor phases.

Meets factory mutual requirements for less hazardous fire resistant hydraulic fluids.
